The Intercession for Priests has a new home since 2018 at St. Patrick’s College in Maynooth.  It will be taking place for one week this year:  Monday, 10 August  to Friday, 14 August 2020. All priests attending the Intercession for Priests will be required to pre-register by Monday, 27 July, 2020.

Priests attending the Intercession for Priests are required to produce a celebret or the equivalent from their Church authority.

11:30am Eucharistic Hour of prayer and praise open for all
3:00pm – Concelebrated Eucharist-Main Celebrant: Fr. Noel O’Sullivan
Concluding with Eucharistic Healing Service with Sr. Briege McKenna, OSC

THURSDAY, AUGUST 6 – DUBLIN, IRELAND
7:00pm daily parish Mass followed by Intercession for Priests Traditional prayer meeting  at Holy Child Church, Swords Rd., Whitehall, Dublin 9 – All are invited to attend.

 

TRANSPORTATION

DAILY INTERCESSION FOR PRIESTS RETREAT SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday (Friday schedule ends at noon)

8:30     Breakfast
9:30     Morning Prayer (Divine Office) Intercession
10:15    Holy Hour
11:15     Coffee/Tea Break
11:45    Celebration of the Eucharist and homily
(on Tuesday and Thursday includes the Liturgy of the Anointing of the Sick)
1:00      Lunch (afterwards free for rest, recreation, etc.)
3:00     Sacrament of Reconciliation (Tuesday thru Thursday)
3:30     Coffee/Tea Break
4:00     Intercession**
5:30     Evening Prayer (Divine Office)
6:00     Supper
7:15      Rosary – followed by a talk
9:30     Hour of Eucharistic Adoration (optional)
